The perfect house, the right price, quickly, and with an effortless acceptance and closing. She promised results and then delivered on her promise. Deborah is very professional. She shows up on time, very neat and professional in appearance, and prepared. She had the comp's to discuss what other houses in the area had sold for and what the house I was viewing was worth. She is alert to point out faults in a home but also things that are desirable. She understands the market, what a home will sell for and what a proper offer will be to make the purchase happen. Her service is beyond compare. Deborah knows houses, and easily spots items and features which are sub-standard, broken or in poor repair. These things, if overlooked, will cost the home buyer time and money to repair. Before you make an offer you should know what you are buying, and Deborah is very experienced in understanding the condition of a home and spotting the details. Any agent can show you a home, but Deborah will tell you what you are seeing. It is very important that your agent be straight with you and tell you what you NEED to hear. Deborah will tell you that the house entirely painted pink, with matching carpet, isn't going to work for a man, nor is that nice house, but built in a dreary neighborhood, yet she will be excited when she calls to let you know that she has found your new home and you MUST see it very quickly. Then she will tell you how to be the winner of that home. Perfect! Once the deal has been struck, there is still a lot of work to do and Deborah is excellent with this detail. Making sure the financing is happening, title company has the proper documentation, walk through, meet with the owner, ensuring that the buyer gets the information about operating the home, even a note that I will need to turn on electricity, gas, water, etc. Deborah will periodically contact the title company, finance company, and seller agent, and make sure everyone is doing their part. Nothing goes wrong. Items are accomplished on time, or early, and the closing experience never detracts from the excitement of the new home. Perfect! I have bought and sold many homes over the years and have never had this smooth a transaction. The home, location and price are perfect, and so is the agent who made this possible. Deborah is by far the best of the best and she will be my sole agent for all future transactions. She is the only agent I recommend, and I do so highly.
