City Of Globe Approves The Preliminary Plat Map For Rayes Ridge An 84 Lot Subdivision

On March 9th, 2022 The City of Globe Council APPROVED the 84-lot, 8-tract hillside subdivision Preliminary Plat Map also known as " The Rayes Ridge Subdivision".

The proposed subdivision is located on 28.5 acres of land in the R1-6 Single-family zoning area. The city's approval was given with conditions.
